Beauty Works Policies
REFUNDS:
  • No refunds are to be given on services. Retail items can be refunded only if product is unopened and un-used. Must have receipt of proof of purchase. Items can only be refunded within 30 days of purchase, if purchased beyond 30 days, then no refund will be given.

3 DAY TOUCH UP:
  • I do my best to remove any and all hairs from the area being waxed and provide the best services possible. However, some circumstances such as uneven hair growth, overgrown hair for waxing, shaving in between appointments can cause some hairs to be too short to be removed. If this is the case, you have a 3 day touch up policy, where you can come in for a quick 15 minute touch up at no cost to you. Beyond the 3 days you will be subjected to the regular touch up cost if needed to come in.

WALK INS:
  • At this time, there will be no walk in appointments available at this time. With the restrictions of COVID, and the governor, it is required that a reservation is to be made. Please call or text (quickest response) for appointments.

CARD OR DEPOSIT:​
  • A Credit/debit card or a deposit is required at time of booking appointment. All appointments are to be required to be booking through Beauty Works by Karla's booking link. You will be asked for a card to be held on file for appointment. If you do not have a card to put on file, then you would be required to pay a deposit, in cash or app such as venmo, zelle, etc.)

NO SHOWS/LAST MINUTE CANCELATION/LAST MINUTE RESCHEDULE:
  • You are asked to give 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment, and at least 6 hours notice to reschedule your appointment or you will be charged 50% of the service. Please understand that when you cancel or reschedule last minute, it becomes hard to replace that spot that you had at such short notice. No shows are subjected to 50% of the service that was scheduled.​

RUNNING LATE:​
  • Please contact if you are running late. If you are more than 8 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule or wait until the next available spot. Please plan to arrive early to your appointment to prevent running late.

COVID 19 POLICIES:
  • A mask is required to be worn by everyone during the entire service and in the building. Unfortunately, right now we do not have a waiting room available to prevent a high occupancy level so you will need to wait in your car until your scheduled appointment. Please contact when you arrive to be let know when you may come in, please do not just walk in. At this time, you will not be allowed to bring anyone with you to your appointment, so please make prior arrangements to avoid bring anyone extra with you. If you are sick or showing any signs of being sick you will be asked to reschedule for a later time and not be able to receive any services that day. Please reschedule if you feel any sickness. If you show up sick to your appointment, you will be asked to leave and be charged for the last minute reschedule. If you are sick and call to reschedule, no fees will be applied if within the 6 hour time frame to having to reschedule.

LASH TOUCH UPS:
  • If you feel as if you lash extensions are not to your satisfactory in fullness, then there is a 3 day touch up policy, where you can come back and get them touched up (30 minutes) to get them fuller to your satisfaction.

LASH LIFT TOUCH UPS:
  • Any touch ups on Lash Lifts are not recommended, as you don't want to over process any of your lashes. Some Lashes may be heavier than others so at any time if you are unhappy with your results, please contact Beauty Works by Karla so that they can be evaluated.​​

Beauty Works by Karla has the right to refuse service to anyone.​

An appointment is required at this time for services. There will be no walk-in appointments allowed at this time. Same day appointments are allowed, but only if the time allows for it. Beauty Works by Karla is a business located inside Salon Static. Please contact if you have any questions in regards to your appointment. All appointments must schedule through the online booking system, even if you reach out via text for an appointment. A credit or debit card will be required to schedule all appointments. Cancellations are required to be done 24 hours in advance or you will be subjected to a cancellation fee. *If you are sick the day of your appointment you are allowed to cancel with no fee being applied but if you arrive to your appointment and are sick, you will be sent home with no service provided and a cancellation fee will then be applied. You must fill out a waiver prior to any service. Each service takes a different amount of time and sometimes may take longer depending on each client. Please be sure to set out the appropriate amount of time for the each service  for best results. Beauty Works by Karla has the right to refuse service to anyone.
